This was not a year of chasing trends. It was a year of building foundations and restructuring our directions, one relationship at a time.

Building Our Foundations: Expansion with Intent

The year kicked off not with a whisper, but with a launch: the opening of our Malaysia office. This was not just a new address; it was a statement of commitment to the region. Our inaugural Townhall in that fresh space set the tone of shared purpose and collective ambition. This foundation of intentional growth continued as we welcomed new talent through recruitment drives from January to March, and later in Qingdao and Singapore, ensuring our crew grew not just in number, but in strength and perspective.

Cultivating Our Core: The Heart of the Rocket

We have always believed that a company is only as strong as its team. In May, we paused our external hustle for an internal one: strengthening the bonds between us. Whether breaking bread together or simply sharing a coffee in October’s reflective pause, these moments of connection are our real fuel. We celebrated milestones, cheered birthdays like Sean’s in July and forged camaraderie through morning workouts, bowling nights and badminton games. Because as we know from the best teams, culture is not built in company wide meetings. It is built in the practical, human moments in between.

Forging the Future: Partnerships & Global Footprints

Our vision has always looked beyond borders. 2025 saw that vision become a tangible map. We deepened roots with key partners in China, India and Sri Lanka and celebrated their successes as our own, like our partner’s new office opening in June.

The year’s momentum carried us to new horizons. From a pivotal Food and Beverage Roundtable to exploring opportunities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia in September and again in November, we were there. The launch of our inaugural NoVacancy event in Thailand and a successful recruitment drive in the Philippines underscored our belief that talent and opportunity are global.
